Meet the Team

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Kam spent a decade in senior finance positions across New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and London before choosing to focus his career on social care.

For the past 20 years, he has supported people with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live safe, fulfilling and ambitious lives. His leadership is grounded in a simple belief, that sustainable, high-quality care depends on investing properly in people, systems and infrastructure.

Kam combines commercial discipline with deep sector experience to ensure the organisation is financially strong, operationally robust and always centred on the people it supports.

Jon is an experienced care professional with nearly 20 years in the sector, spanning a wide range of settings including residential care, supported living, rehabilitation, respite services, and housing management. He has direct experience supporting individuals and services across learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, and mental health, among others. This breadth of experience provides him with a comprehensive and practical understanding of the complexities of the care landscape.

He has spent well over a decade in leadership roles, building and guiding diverse teams with a strong focus on service quality, operational consistency, and continuous improvement. Jon began his career as a care assistant shortly after leaving school and has progressed into senior leadership through dedication, hands-on experience, and an ongoing commitment to professional development.

Jon is driven by a clear commitment to improving outcomes for the people he supports and the services he leads. He is passionate about delivering care that is not only effective, but adaptable, person-centred, and forward-thinking. He places strong emphasis on recognising individuality, ensuring that each person’s life is supported with dignity, safety, stability, and genuine compassion.

Gus has over 16 years of experience in the health and social care sector across various care settings and roles.

Gus is someone who genuinely loves making things work better for people, for teams, for the company and that strong operations start with strong values—clarity, trust, and accountability.

As Director of Operations and Growth, Gus is passionate about embedding systems that support people, not just processes and to create working environments where teams feel empowered, communication is clear, and goals are aligned.

Gus is driven by the idea that when we operate with purpose and integrity, we make space for innovation, growth, difference and meaningful work.

Emma joined NobleCare in 2012, following her role as Chief Administration Officer at a charity.  Emma started work in healthcare following a period of working in HR roles within the financial recruitment and advertising industries. Working in partnership with care home and service managers, Emma is responsible for the delivery of HR strategy at NobleCare. This helps to support the people we care for and ensures all staff are equipped to deliver exceptional care. Emma’s role also ensures that all people policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly across the organisation.

Maria Harris brings over 20 years of finance experience to her role as Director of Finance and Business Services at NobleCare.

Having excelled in positions such as Finance Manager, Business Partner, and Management Accountant, she has developed a deep understanding of the financial dynamics that underpin high-quality care services.

At a leading adult residential provider, Maria played an instrumental role in optimising financial performance and supporting critical care operational teams.

Now, as a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team at NobleCare, her strategic focus is on fortifying our financial foundation, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing support across all our locations.

Maria’s commitment to innovation and process improvement is matched by her passion for building strong, empathetic relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that every decision aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional, compassionate care.

Lucy has worked in Health and Social care for the last 18 years, with experience in frontline roles and progressing through every level of service delivery. This hands-on experience, combined with 7 years in management and operations, gives Lucy a strong understanding of both the day- to day realities of care and the bigger picture behind running safe, high-quality services.

Coming from an Operations background, Lucy is passionate about creating systems that genuinely support people, both the individuals we care for and the teams delivering that care. Lucy remains very hands on and people focused, with particular experience in mental health, and believe the best services are built on compassion, strong leadership and a real commitment to doing the right thing.

Tracy joined NobleCare in 2008 after working in the care sector for 6 years. Tracy initially commenced work as a Life Skills Officer and was a two time winner of the NobleCare Care Contribution Award. She brings enthusiasm and energy to her role and progressed through the organisation to become a Registered Manager in 2013. She currently supports adults with very complex needs. Tracy says “I get great satisfaction from care plan reviews, when it is clear that the person has made great progress and has been empowered to fulfil their goals”.

Andy has over 15 years of experience working in care ranging from supported living and residential care for people with complex needs to fostering young adults at home. Andy began working in care in South Africa where he did voluntary work for an orphanage. Since moving to England he has loved working in care to support people with disabilities. Andy started as a support worker in Warwickshire and has worked his way up to his current position of Registered Manager.

Andy takes pride in a very person-centred approach and considers It a privilege to be able to play a role in a person’s life that enables them to reach their goals.

Dave has worked in the care sector for over 26 years, beginning his career as a Care Assistant. From the outset, he developed a strong understanding of frontline care, building meaningful relationships with residents and gaining hands-on experience in delivering person-centred support. His early years in care shaped his practical, compassionate approach to leadership today.

In 2010, Dave progressed into a management role, where he demonstrated a natural ability to lead teams, maintain high standards of care, and create a positive working culture. By 2015, he became a Registered Manager, taking on full responsibility for regulatory compliance, team development, and the overall quality of service delivery. Under his leadership, the focus has consistently remained on dignity, respect, and ensuring residents feel safe, valued and truly at home.

Dave firmly believes in supporting people to live as full and meaningful a life as possible. His philosophy centres on making every minute count, whether that means encouraging independence, facilitating activities that bring joy, or simply taking the time to listen. He understands that quality care goes beyond meeting physical needs; it is about enriching lives and creating moments that matter.

Jason joined Noble Care in 2010 after having worked in care for 14 years.  Jason started as a support worker and is a winner of the Noble Care Contribution Award. He brings enthusiasm and energy to his role and became a Registered Manager in 2017. He supports adults with complex needs

Driving song: Survivor by Destiny’s Child

Rob joined Noble Care in 2012 and brings over 15 years of experience in the care sector. He began his career with Noble Care as a Support Worker and, through dedication and a passion for making a difference, progressed to become a Registered Manager in 2022.

Over the years, Rob has gained extensive experience across a variety of specialist areas, including autism care, mental health support, and brain injury rehabilitation. His wide-ranging knowledge and hands-on background enable him to lead with empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to high-quality care.

Rob is dedicated to creating supportive environments where both service users and staff can thrive, and he takes pride in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.
