Supervision and Appraisal

All staff have supervision with their line manager. Supervision is both formal and informal with regular feed-back on day to day practice.

All staff will have an appraisal with their line manager at least annually, to review their performance and agree future career development.

The appraisal is a two way process, in which you will have opportunity to obtain feedback on your performance and discuss with your manager any issues relating to your professional development with us.
