Commitment to staff development is a key element of our philosophy. Everyone undertakes an initial induction programme, where an introduction to NobleCare and our values is followed by mandatory training involving a combination of multi-media modules, work-based activities and practical workshops.

Our induction and skills training programme includes training on the principles of care, safe working practices, the organisation and worker role, the specific needs of the people we support and the influences and detailed  requirements of the service setting.

If you begin work with us and show particular aptitude, you may be nominated for and supported through further qualifications, including health and social care diplomas from levels two to five.
