The Board possesses a broad range of skills, expertise, industry and other knowledge.

The Board of NobleCare consists of senior management including the CEO, the CFO, the Head of Operations and from time to time an advisory director.

It regularly seeks out advice to strengthen the organisation’s operations from sector and industry specialists as well as best practice experts in finance, operations and human capital management.

Full Board meetings are held at intervals of not more than every two calendar months and at least six Board meetings are held in each calendar year.
