The Health, Safety & Quality team identifies and evaluates issues and follows up on recommendations.

The main responsibility of the Health, Safety and Quality Committee is to ensure that business objectives are aligned with appropriate quality controls and in accordance with law, regulatory controls and best practice.

The Executive team is held to account in matters of health, safety and quality. If an adverse incident were to occur, the team would receive, consider and respond to the incident report.

Where it’s required or considered beneficial, it will call on external advice with regard to legal, regulatory and best practice issues.
